These screw compressors come with an in-built oil separation system, oil level control, economiser port and OEM supplied check valves at suction and discharge port.Oil heater is also standard part of the screw compressor equipment and is controlled through the microprocessor to maintain the desired oil temperature during off cycles

SHELL & TUBE EVAPORATOR is built with copper tubes of 19 SWG that enables them to withstand hard water. The copper tubes contain Flamingo patented star turbulator inserts that provide turbulence to the refrigerant traveling inside the copper tubes. As a result of this turbulence these Shell & Tube evaporators are extremely efficient. The shell is manufactured from high-grade steel. The evaporator is designed as per ASME Section VIII Div.1.
RANGE AVAILABLE FOR A CHOICE OF AMBIENT TEMPERATURES for climatic conditions ranging from 35 deg. C to 55 deg. C. For coastal regions hydrophobic fin coatings are optionally offered to decrease corrosion rate. Additional features such as anti-freezing elements can be added on the air cooled screw chiller package for installation in sub-zero climatic conditions.
ULTRA EFFICIENT CONDENSING using inner grooved copper tube results in power savings and lower maintenance costs. The fins are CNC manufactured in special grade aluminium of 0.15 mm thickness and are mechanically expanded around inner grooved 0.5 mm thick copper tube, in a staggered sine wave pattern. AXIAL FANS of 5-lobe, bird-wing design are a standard feature of air cooled screw chiller range. The number of fans switched ON is automatically controlled depending on the compressor discharge pressure. This also results in substantial power savings.
ECONOMIZER FOR HIGHER EFFICIENCY is provided as standard for models designed for air conditioning/comfort cooling segment. The economizer/sub-cooler enhances the overall capacity of the chiller by 10%, and reduces the power consumption, thereby increasing the overall Coefficient of Performance(COP).
AVAILABLE IN A CHOICE OF REFRIGERANTS R-22 (Freon), R-407C and R-134a. Both R-407C and R-134A are environment friendly and non-ozone depleting refrigerants.
ADDITONAL AIR COOLED TYPE OIL COOLER is addedin case R-22 (Freon) or R-407C refrigerant is opted. The oil cooler helps maintain the oil temperature flowing through the compressor within safe limits. The oil cooler fan is automatically switched ON when the oil temperature exceeds the safe oil temperature value programmed and is switched OFF only when the oil temperature reaches within safe limits. This feature enhances the life of the screw compressor.
LIQUID INJECTION is a standard feature and is used to cool the motor winding. As soon as the discharge temperature exceeds the normal range, an electric solenoid coil injects liquid refrigerant to keep the winding temperature within limits. This feature enhances the life of the screw compressor.
THERMOSTATIC EXPANSION VALVE is provided as a standard part of the air cooled screw chiller equipment. Electronic expansion valve can be optionally provided.
CONTROL PANEL with IP-65 protection is provided as standard part of the air cooled chiller equipment. The control panel is rain protected keeping in mind its installation in open spaces.
MICROPROCESSOR BASED CONTROLLER is a standard part of the air cooled chiller equipment. The controller allows numerous set points that can be configured to particular set of values that may be considered within the safe operating range. In case of any breach in any of the set point value the controller will trip the chiller after the defined safety delay period has passed and display it on the LCD display. Besides, the controller automatically adjusts the capacity in a stepped format making them ideal for variable load applications.
