 Founded in 1994, Hanbell specializes in the design and manufacture of semi-hermetic twin-screw compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. HANBELL is contract manufacturing screw compressors for BlueStar and a number of other leading HVAC/Refrigeration companies. Total annual production of HANBELL screw compressors for the year 2006 was approximately 15000. HANBELL products are classified into two series. RC2 Series refrigerant screw compressors are extensively installed in thermo storage, water-cooled and air cooled chillers, flooded type chillers, heat pump applications, frequency conversion and marine applications. While LA Series low-temperature refrigerant screw compressor usually used in low temperature ( up to – 50 degree C in single stage operation) systems.
HANBELL RC2 Series products are classified into two series:
RC2 Series refrigerant screw compressors are extensively installed in thermo storage, water-cooled and air cooled chillers, flooded type chillers, heat pump applications, frequency conversion and marine applications.

HANBELL Semi hermetic Screw Compressor for low (minus) temperature Applications
LA Series low-temperature refrigerant screw compressor has 25 models. This series is usually used in low temperature ( up to – 50 degree C in single stage operation) systems.

HANBELL– Semi-hermetic Open Screw Compressors
These compressors are presently under trials and would be officially launched in March 2008. COMER open screw compressors are being specifically designed for Ammonia use yet at a cost similar to the reciprocating technology compressors.
